I made a fantastic experimental roll this week. I don't have a name for it, but I poked a zucchini and wrapped it in an aluminum foil and baked it in the oven. The secret was that I added a couple cloves of garlic inside the foil, so just a tiny hint of garlic was infused into the zucchini. I notice the zucchini was also a bit sweet, so I added fresh red grapes to bring out the sweetness, and I added crispy fried onions for some contrast.
